The Portfolio Page:
The standard Portfolio Page allows you to display three images of your work, along with an abbreviated resume and an artist statement.

You must supply us with Web ready files of your artwork. Here are the specifications.

• GIF or JPEG digital format
• Resolution of 72 pixels per inch
• The dimensions can not exceed 185 pixels wide by 140 pixels high. (see sample below)
  

If you do not supply images at the correct size and resolution you will be billed for the cost of prepping the artwork, including resizing, cropping or retouching the images.

If you can not supply us with computer ready files of your artwork, you may provide us with glossy, photographic prints. The cost to mail your packet to the graphics designer and have her scan and prep the artwork will be billed to you.

Our graphic designer extends a special low rate to participating artists. The cost of image editing is $50 per hour, with a minimum handling charge of $15.

Enlargement Pages:
If you have decided to display your artwork at the optional enlarged size, please submit Web-ready files with the following specifications. Please note: You should submit three enlarged images IN ADDITION to the three standard sized images for the Portfolio Page.

• GIF or JPEG digital format
• Resolution of 72 pixels per inch
• The dimensions can not exceed 340 pixels by 480 pixels. However, to maximize the viewing area, you can make the 480 pixel measurement either the width or the height of the image.
