Drew Klotz's kinetic sculptures range from a kaleidoscope of color to a more minimalistic formal approach. The work (propelled by air currents) appears to be in a constant multidirectional motion. He has a very playful side as can be seen in his audio-kinetic work. Drew Says, "Art is supposed to be fun." The artist came from a family of Wilton artists. Earning a degree from Cooper Union, he went on to work in New York City making props for novelty trade shows, television commercials and children's programs, including the original PeeWee Herman Show.
